I ate at the Carriage House this morning based on your recommendation, and it was wonderful! I love the interior, that would be a cozy place to hang out on a snowy day. Though the $2.50 for a cup of coffee may limit the frequency of said hanging out.

  2. Especially when that $2.50 only buys you the first cup, Brandon. That’s my biggest complaint about the place; the pricing is too high to make sense. They pack the place for a few hours on Saturday and a few hours on Sunday, so they think they can get away with charging whatever they want, but that approach keeps the place deserted the rest of the week.

Jen, try also Little Thai House (cheap and good), Dijon Bistro (not cheap, amazing), Just a Taste (awesome variety), and the shiny new NorthStar House.
